We suggest switching to cotton underwear, which wicks away moisture better than nylon fabrics do. You should also wear moisture-wicking clothes whenever you work out and take them off as soon as you get home (same goes for your swimsuits), and if you can, shower right after the gym. Oh, and if a pair of pants rub you the wrong way, maybe chill on wearing them for a bit until you get everything under control.

Stretch marks are a very common skin issue. White stretch marks are older skin scars that are more difficult to treat than newer stretch marks. However, there are options available to reduce the appearance of your scars if you so choose.
Prior to pursuing treatment, understand there’s a possibility your stretch marks may not disappear completely. If you have questions or concerns about treatment or potential side effects, schedule a visit with a dermatologist.
Testosterone is so much more than its reputation would suggest. Men and women need the proper amount of testosterone to develop and function normally. However, the optimal amount of testosterone is far from clear.
Checking testosterone levels is as easy as having a blood test. The difficult part is interpreting the result. Levels vary over the course of the day. A single low level may be meaningless in the absence of symptoms, especially if it was normal at another time. We need more research to know when to measure testosterone, how best to respond to the results and when it’s worthwhile to accept the risks of treatment.
The average man takes between 200-300 strokes to finish their shave. However, for some men, as little as 30 strokes is enough to towel off and head out, while for others, it can take a marathon 700 strokes to raze every last follicle.
Likewise, some men apply a featherweight touch to their face when shaving, while others press down hard.
